Involved in Bursa ChatESG project- Development and deployment of Large Language Model (LLM) integration to handle customer inquiries.- Implementation of a RAG model (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipeline involving Claude model from Amazon Bedrock, vector database from Kendra and deployed on EC2.- Collection and Ingestion of data into the vector database.- Prompt fine-tuning to answer sustainability and ESG related questions.Technologies used: AWS Bedrock models, Kendra, EC2, Sagemaker, LangChain, Streamlit, Python,DynamoDB, S3, Web Scraping.Involved in SOCSO Analytics and AI Managed Services Project- Data Processing: Processed and cleaned data provided by clients to ensure accuracy and consistency foranalysis.- Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Conducted comprehensive EDA to understand data distributions,identify patterns, and uncover initial insights, which included visualizations and summary statistics.- Machine Learning Model Development: Developed and fine-tuned machine learning models to detecttrends and patterns in the data, leveraging algorithms such as regression analysis, classification, and clustering techniques.- Insight Generation: Translated model outputs into actionable business insights and recommendations,helping clients make data-driven decisions for operational improvements and strategic planning.- Visualization and Dashboarding: Created detailed visualizations and interactive dashboards using toolslike Matplotlib and Apache Superset to effectively communicate findings to clients, making complex data easily understandable.Technologies used: Jupyter Notebook, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Python, Apache Superset.
