Most of the time attempt to help the customer to solve specific problems with our product by phone and connection through the machine by remote diagnostic system (VPN). Coordination of service interventions between customers and Goss. Proactively visit customers on a scheduled basis to insure the highest level of customer satisfaction with Goss products. Liaise with customers, spare parts department, contractors, and service management to insure complete and timely resolution of customer issues.

Responsible for quality and technical service for French area. Main task, troubleshooting and French customer assistance by remote connection (VPN). Develop customer’ relation ship and improve communication.

Responsible for quality on-site repair and maintenance service of complex electro-mechanical systems. Troubleshooting of technical problems. Performs start-up, technical reporting. Coordinates multiple technical tasks. Interface with customers and trains customer's staff.
