Work closely within project department, liaison and coordination with other internal and external project stakeholders including technical team, plant team, contractors, consultants etc throughout the entire project cycle from initiation to handover to ensure alignment and achievement of the project objectives within the timeframe, budget and quality.2. Build and manage a trustworthy, fair and cooperative working relationship of project stakeholders towards the mutual goal of successful project initiation, planning, execution and handover. 3. Prepare and compile project papers/proposals including scope, timeline, costs aspects etc.4. Tender management including tender issuance, evaluation, negotiation, comparison and submission to management for approval. 5. Budget, schedule monitoring and reporting of all ongoing projects.6. On-site project execution, monitoring, management and coordination to ensure that projects are executed according to contract within the timeframe, budget and quality. 7. Contract management. Prepares contracts based on project requirements, participate in contract term negotiation, liaison with legal department and external legal advisors for legal advise for non-conformances in contracts which leads to settlement or arbitrations.8. Reviewing and improvement of project processes and documentations based on lessons learnt from past projects and based on PMP principles as part of departmental continuous improvement.
