Proficient in instructional design, operations development, and adept people management, my career is marked by resilience and adaptability in pivotal roles overseeing responsibilities such as manpower and succession planning, security audits, SOP creation, and standards enforcement. My operational prowess spans planning, execution, and rigorous compliance checks, encompassing safety management, accident prevention, and risk mitigation. Notably, I navigated logistics intricacies, overseeing sourcing, equipping, and financial aspects. Diverse stakeholder interactions honed my people management skills, and amid the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, I played a significant role in the Health Surveillance Task Force [MOH-SAF].
