As the Software Developer for telemedicine project featured on MINDEF Digital Innovation Day (DID), Benjamin developed the terminal for Medical Officers to pull out patient data and allows them to diagnose over the air through the use of other medical COTS products.↪ Developed the Medical Officer's telemedicine software terminal, enabling quality medical triage and assessment through the Integration of medical Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products into current process. Significant reduction of patient waiting and consultation time by more than 20%.

Throughout the system development and project delivery phase, Benjamin views the system as a Product and continuously improves the User Experience (UX) with every opportunities. One good example is the development of an Augmented Reality (AR) application that assisted the users in deploying the system. As an intern at ST Aerospace, Benjamin assisted the engineers to research, develop and modify the helicopter electrical circuitry and loading design according to design specifications. He solved issues that arise during the design, development and testing processes and prepared design documents for forum clearance required for the modification of aircrafts.
