National Implementation Field Team. I was the trainer on the team. My responsibilities included creation, preparation and distribution of the training manual, and training the onsite agents to include both Maritz initiatives as well as our client’s travel policy.

Along with extensive travel, I worked implementing new policy as directed by the Operations Mangers, I was responsible for creating the timeline, and managing resources to guarantee smooth transitions.

Entry level onsite ticketing agent for Digital Switch Corporation after attending American Airlines Travel Academy. Batched tickets for traveling VIP’s. Worked with booking agent and corporate secretaries to prepare VIP paper tickets.

Operations Manager South East Region for full-service reservations call center. Managed staffing, daily operations, automation and service levels, supplier issues, and overall profitability for both internal and external clients.

Responsibilities included analyzing and monitoring the performance of internal products and external products. Developing and implementing test plans for product defects. Reviewing and approving test results. Helping maintain the quality of products.
