My primary purpose in this position was to provide asistance with the management of the sales and service of a retail bank branch with less than $30 million in deposits. Responsibilities included serving customers' total financial service needs, promoting teamwork and ensuring that the product, service, referral and profitability goals were met. In this position, I also managed a group of 15 employees where I was involved with the hiring process, writing reviews, training and coaching.

Handled all aspects of Medicare Billing for the nursing home along with all the patients financial accounts at the nursing home.

The primary purpose of this position was to aide 32 branches daily with several processing duties. These duties included processing all IRA distributions, Levys, Transfers, Returned and Collection items, ATM transactions and balancing of ATM ledgers.
