* Design framework of CSR for factory location of company at Khalapur, Raigad. * Carry out Base line survey and identification/ engaging of implementing partner.* Partnering with Government agencies , NGO's and other stakeholders for CSR initiative.* Responsible for planning and execution of CSR activities as per ABP and SBP.* Build Rapport with various stakeholders for better implementation of CSR.*Budgeting and reporting on CSR to CSR committee.* Monitoring & evaluation of project.* Lead and encourage Employee Volunteering initiative.

* Monitor and support the planned implementation of the project/site * Plan and organize activities that are run by the Trust* Develop effective professional relationships with the stakeholders of the project/site and the local leaders in the selected sectors/focus area of the Trust* Strengthen the brand of the Trust.* Analyze new project proposals and make recommendations to Head of the Trust* Represent the Trust at community events and build relationships with community leaders and representatives.* Work closely with Verticals for any Trust related issues.

* Planning ,Monitoring & Implementation of Social Initiative's project of the company .* Organize community activities and various stakeholders meet for better implementation of company CSR agenda.*.Budgeting and program monitoring .* Recruitment and training .* Conduct need assessment & Impact assessment of the project .
