I founded Bridging Therapy in 2021 with the vision to enable all people to accomplish their dreams and support them along their life's venture. We do this by working with our clients in all aspects of their life, listening to their needs and structuring our work to assist each individual along their journey. We aspire to create a difference by working 'with' our clients, helping them reach their desired independence to live a life that they endeavour. We currently offer support work and therapy assistant services. Our support work services enable use to work with our clients 1:1 to support them in all aspects of their daily living. Our therapy assistant services, enable us to work with allied health professionals and implement therapy plans, specific to each client's goals. Both our support workers and therapy assistant, are passionate about what they do and our biggest successes are seeing clients accomplish their goals, reach milestones and live and love life like we all deserve too.Through my experience, I have been able to gather a range of core skills including my ability to be a team leader, organisation, time efficiency, high attention to detail and manage a team of 12 staff. I work with clients directly and through lived experience, carry an empathetic, caring and warm attitude in all areas of my work. I am currently completing my Bachelor in Occupational therapy, I will conclude my studies in November 2024 and am very eager to commence my career as a qualified Occupational Therapist. My area of interest is paediatrics. In 2024, Bridging Therapy will be expanding to also include Occupational Therapy services.
