• Analyze customer’s forecast and demand trend, prepare safety stock proposal to Top Management quarterly.• Coordinate with Engineering and Sourcing during NPI Product Transfer to ensure all required information include MOQ, pricing, primary vendor and BOM are in placed before mass production. • Utilize BI and ERP system for inventory tracking, Lot control, PO monitoring, material shortage and material call in schedule.• Monitor worldwide supply trend and work together with vendors and team to ensure continuous production and minimize revenue loss. • Involve in supplier’s audit, vendor development program and VAVE process improvement.

• Act as Project Manager to plan, organize and execute projects together with NPI team to ensure new projects are running on time and within the budget.• Deal with changes to the project and ensure all related information are well documented. • Responsible to do market research and develop new business opportunity, representing company to attend workshop, seminars, showcase, exhibition and events.• Manage company marketing tools include brochures, company profile and website.• Work with sales and finance team to develop mutual beneficial proposals and contract terms with customer.

• Involve in customers' feedback on both quality and delivery issues. Work together with production, engineering, QA and material team on root cause analysis.• Assist customer to improve fall out rate by customizing machine's mechanical parts, machine settings and process control. • Involve in line improvement, which include line re-layout, process enhancement, and automation.• Perform new machine evaluation, GR&R verification and process study.• Participate in qualification run for new parts transferred from US and Mexico.

• Plan production and packing schedule to meet customers' firmed order, customer’s forecast demand and safety stock.• Attend GAYAT to follow up status of work orders, backlog recovery, status of work in progress (WIP) and boards under debug. • Work together with Material Planner to pull in materials to fulfil line capacity and increase revenue during low season. • Coordinate with other planners, industrial engineer, project management and production in order to increase the capacity of certain models with increasing demands from customer.
