Hi, I'm Tanay, A Business Analyst as a profession and entrepreneurial-minded person by heart. I completed my schooling, graduation, and postgraduation from 9 different states, thus I love to talk and engage with people. During my B.Tech-Mech. Engg., I used to wonder how can I serve myself in the renewable energy industry because during 2013, RE industry was at the growth phase and stepping foot at that time makes sense. Thus I started my research to get into the RE industry and enrolled for Post Graduate Diploma in Renewable Energy from CDSRI, A SIRO Organization. As soon I finished my PGDRE, stepped into my very first professional journey with a growth phased startup with IST India.Yes!!! I was the right hand of the CEO !! From 10*10 Sq. foot office infrastructure, me and my CEO scaled up the business of Training and Consultancy to 8 States in India with a business growth hacking strategy ( Eg- Business Development, Marketing Campaign etc.)I used to help clients who were professionals and entrepreneurs, seeking business in the Solar Energy EPC industry. I helped clients to prepare, Techno-Commercial Feasibility Studies, Formulating Procurement Strategy, Project Management Support along with Detailed Market Research support. I was also a speaker at various Engg & Management Institute during 2015-18 at Jamshedpur& Kolkata. After 3.2 Years of Work Ex, joined MBA specialized with Power Management as a regular course and handled some leadership positions like SPR (Student Placement Representative) for my batch 2018-20 and secure 87.4%, with 5th Rank in my Dept. Congrats to ME !! I joined as Management Trainees with Vector Green as a Business Acquisition Team member, worked on some prestigious tenders. In short, I was into tendering and bidding and was also responsible to gather market intelligence. But That was not giving me enough Kick to work, because I believe, I am best at helping organizations to excel in their business with my design thinking and strategic approach skills. Now currently working as Associate Consultant- Energy & Utilities with Abjayon Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. Don't Judge my profile only on the basis of Energy Enthusiast- Although Yes I AM !!!
