At BIT my work focuses on creating behaviour change ideas through Behavioural Insights and Human-Centred Design, and implementing randomised controlled trials to test them. Here I've led user research and the design and creation of trial materials, ranging from forms to encourage the safe use of fire, to a digital services website and videos to help people find work faster.

Singapore

I was transferred here when the office was in its infancy to help build the creative team and integrate it into our sister ATL agency. Here I created global 360 campaigns that spanned digital, TV, print, radio, and in-store for clients like Closeup, Acuvue, and Millenium Hotels.

Sydney

Here I worked on a wide range brands including Smirnoff, Johnson's Baby, Western Union, and Accenture creating digital campaigns; writing website copy, radio spots, and video content; and developing social strategies and communities.

Eigobin is a Tokyo-based, online English language school. Here I taught casual and business English by correcting the emails and essays of students and marking them up with corrections and advice.

Learn Now is an educational publishing house. Here I wrote Microsoft Office and Accounting textbooks.
