- Currently participating in the validation of a regional bank’s operational risk programme, involving in a workstream on the review of the end-to-end process of the bank’s products and services.- Involved in Recovery Plan independent validation projects for 2 regional banks.- Performed key validation activities such as reviewing the accuracy of data and information provided in the Recovery Plan ("RP"), and the robustness of processes and methodology used in developing the RP.- Specifically reviewed the quantitative component of the RP for liquidity ratios such as LCR and NSFR, ensuring its compliance to BNM’s relevant policies and frameworks, to arrive at a prudent assessment results for its liquidity position.- At the same time, provided relevant recommendations to improvise the RP, ensuring overall feasibility and effectiveness.- Conducted RP validation training to the clients, specifically on CF and Liquidity RI financial impact assessment of the RP.- Involved in an operational readiness review project for a local insurance entity set up by a large local bank. - Involved in key review activities to ascertain the entity's frameworks, policies, systems, people, governance and risk control functions are fully prepared for functioning, according to the conditions and guidelines set by BNM.
