Project Finance Coordinator
CurrentWorking closely with Project Managers, CFO, COO, Directors and other key members of the company to prepare Financial Modeling and Valuation Analysis of Projects; determine the benefits and costs of the investments, Payback, IRR, NPV. Dashboard of Projects in pipeline and comparison of feasibility to recommend to the Company BoardAction plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. Perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. Collaborate in the Planning of projects Project milestone tracking Identify and mitigate possible challenges of the project Keep Budget updated, Variation analysis Financial Projections and Cost Analysis Follow up Project Cash Flow and disbursement.
