I continuously strive to unlock the capability and competence to collaborate, to mutual understanding, to create positive energy and to build a transparant atmosphere.I started my professional career as a lawyer, moved on as a legal counsel and evolved from the legal profession into the HR domain. My path brought me into change and organization development, assuming operational and consulting roles in major global technology and consulting firms.Consolidating this vast experience we created in 2009 'Tandem Consulting', which stands for 'partnering in co-creation with the client. The offering of Tandem Consulting is twofold. As an accredited mediator I offer mediation services to organisations and individuals. As partners we work on systemic change focusing on the people and organisation dimension whether it be strategy driven, organization focused or system led.
