► Appointed in 2015 President/COO and CFO of an 82 year-old land & marine wholesale diesel fuel & lubricants distribution and environmental services company in the greater Texas market to support the rapid growth strategy of ownership & to prepare the financial reporting functions for an expected sale or recapitalization by private equity which was achieved in Q4 2018 and completed an orderly management transition in Q4 2021.► Proposed and implemented both a new short & long-term executive compensation program to align, motivate and retain senior management for future ownership change that was based upon a broad array of financial & non-financial metrics; and implemented the origin of annual employee compensation reviews & benchmarking against competitors. ► Supported the development & execution of a strategic plan for EBITDA growth that achieved a 19.5% CAGR over the 2014-2018 period culminating in the sale of the business at a significant earnings multiple. ►Identification, redevelopment, and lease of two new operating & one administrative office facility in new or expanding markets critical to the success of the desired rapid-growth strategy.
