Responsibilities• Contribute to the sales and marketing of the ATDW subscription program to ensure that the Queensland Tourism Industry was well represented in the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse. • Provide a high level of customer service to tourism operators, forming new and strengthening existing relationships on a daily basis. • Work with operators to gain value from their business listing, to help drive traffic to their website and help them develop their online marketing strategy through multiple channels.• Obtain experience in campaign and project management in particular during the ATDW Renewal Campaign which involved retaining a certain number of subscribers via major direct marketing, digital and website marketing activities. • Responsibility for website content management, developing the quarterly e-newsletter sent to over 2500 subscribers, and the development of marketing collateral to assist in the execution of the sales and marketing strategy. • Travel to various locations around the state in order to deliver presentations and conduct training workshops for Tourism Operations in relation to their utilisation of the ATDW.
