GRADES Home Cleaning ( GHC ) didirikan pada tanggal 29 Juli 2015 di Bandung dan mulai beroperasional pada tanggal 1 September 2015. GHC didirikan oleh seorang praktisi di bidang Cleaning / kebersihan yang bernama Tandi Herdiansyah. Beliau adalah lulusan Sekolah Tinggi Perhotelan di Bandung jurusan Room Division Management ( Manajemen Divisi Kamar ). Berpengalaman kerja sebagai Executive Housekeeper di 4 hotel yang berbeda, Field Operation & Care Manager di salah satu perusahaan Cleaning Service di Bandung dan juga berpengalaman kerja di Inggris dan Kapal Pesiar.GRADES didirkan untuk melayani dan memberikan jasa kebersihan bagi masyarakat Bandung, adapun kami memfokuskan diri pada jasa kebersihan rumah, apartemen dan perkantoran. Area : Bungalow, Public Area, LandscapeShift : MorningBertanggung Jawab Kepada : General ManagerSCOPE :Responsible for Housekeeping Department Operations which includes rooms, public area and landscape in order to direct and coordinate the activities of Housekeeping, to provide utility service for guest comfort, coordinate repair and maintenance programs as required, and strive toward economical operations in accordance with hotel policy and procedure.RESPONSIBILITIES :1. Trains, supervises and evaluates all Housekeeping Staff.2. Directs activities of department in furnishing daily service.3. Provides constant check and supervision at all times for policy and procedure implementation.4. Assists Room Division Manager in repair, maintenance, renovation program and new projects within Housekeeping area coordinating with Engineering Department.5. Inspects premises, guest rooms, linen room, public areas including gardens and pool area to maintain constant standard of cleanliness and services.6. Schedules extraordinary cleaning program as required such as window cleaning, carpet, shampooing, general cleaning etc.7. Maintains a monthly of guest and Housekeeping supplies, linen, materials and equipment and submits the reports on a timely schedule.8. Responsible for issuances and expenses of all supplies and equipment for cleaning of guest rooms and other areas accordingly.9. Responsible for purchasing of all basic cleaning implements, supplies and equipment.10. Keeps record and control on rooms status, supplies, inventory and personnel attendance.11. Keeps control of Lost & Found Procedure and system implementation.12. Keeps control of gardening and system implementation.13. Provides and keeps control of linen par stock and best condition accordingly.14. Maintains control of employees uniforms to make sure all condition, handles uniforms problems and repair as required.15. Prepares monthly, 3 – month and yearly action plan.

POSITION SUMMARY:Supervises all housekeeping employees, has the authority to hire or discharge, plans and assigns work assignments, give training for newly recruited employees, audit and inspects housekeeping personal work assignment and requisition supplies. Take care of the budget and budget controlling for the department.Duties:Supervises all housekeeping employees, hires new employees as needed, discharges employees when necessary and take disciplinary actions when policies are not followed. Evaluates employees in order to upgrade them when openings arise.Plans the work for the housekeeping department and distributes assignments accordingly. Assigns regular duties and special duties for housekeeping staff. Schedules employees and assigns extra days off according to occupancy forecast. Maintains a time log book of all employees within the department.Recruit and train new employees. Assigns new employees to work with experienced help. Checks on the work of these employees occasionally and observes the report made by the supervisors.Approves all supply requisitions, such as those for spreads and bathroom rugs. Maintains a lost-and-found department and is responsible for all lost-and-found items. Determines the rightful owner and send correspondences.

Cleaning the staterooms and make sure that the guests have an unforgettable cruise vacation on board.
