And this made me find my true calling, management.There was a point where I used to run away from speaking on the stage. The first time when I went up on stage, I could feel the chills down my spine. I was shivering, nervous and my knees were to about let go any minute. It was a recipe for disaster. However, I realized with time that the thing I was running away from all this while was waiting for me to accept it. What is the worst that could have happened? I asked myself. That moment I made up my mind and decided to give it the best shot I could, even if it meant failing. You see “I can accept failure, but I cannot accept not trying”. Today, I never have a second thought while facing an audience and can speak my heart out. Communicating with people now feels natural and spontaneous. Everything that is mentioned below has moulded me in the best way possible.Above all, the only thing that always mattered to me is the impact that I have on others’ life. Doing something for the welfare of others has valued me and reaching a platform so that I can fulfil someone else’s need is of importance to me. I realised that not everyone is born with the same privileges as every child and many do not even receive the basic needs. The smile on their faces, those innocent eyes who want to fulfil their desires, for those who want to study, want to play and live a happy life without any materialistic expectations are the things that motivate me.
