A native of Allen, Texas, Tandra Johnson received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from LeTourneau University. She was licensed as a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in March 2008 at Friendship-West Baptist Church and is now the Systems Administrator at Disciple Central Community Church in DeSoto, TX, where Marcus D. King is the senior Pastor. She was ordained as Pastor on September 4, 2011. Tandra is also the owner of a graphic design business, Tzines, in which her mission is to help your mission. She has instructed numerous classes on Relationships, Parenting, Spiritual Growth, Leadership Development, and topics specific to single adults. Her speaking topics and writing projects allow people to discover who they are in Christ and how to develop a deeper more abiding relationship with Him. Tandra has over nine years of comprehensive experience in multiple functional areas of ministry, including: Program Development, Leadership, Teaching, Volunteer Recruiting, Event Coordination, Outreach/Evangelism, and Conference Planning. She is passionate about glorifying God, amplifying His Word, reaching the lost, and edifying His people.Among her notable credits are writing and self-publishing two books, Transformed & Transparent and the newly released Message of Hope, writing and co-directing an evangelism play, “Putting To Death the Sin of Silence”, implementing and instructing a Discipleship Training Program, and publishing a conference devotional book. She also hosts empowerment seminars and an annual “Wonder Woman” Women’s Empowerment Conference. As former Singles Ministry Director for over three years at Friendship-West Baptist Church, she coordinated three National Singles Conferences, along with creating and developing various social programs. She has also made a special guest appearance on the Talk Shows, The Truth Hurts and Cater 2 U.
