Monitoring, managing and resolving support incidents/Service request, Changed request, Problem in conjunction with the central Managed Services Helpdesk• Antivirus: Make sure all servers are updated latest antivirus in daily via service ticket– Symantec Endpoint Protection.• Backup: Responsible to make sure all backup jobs are working fine by audit in daily – Symantec Backup Exec, Recovery Service vault (Azure backup). • HitachiID system: Responsible to manage hitachiid system of Hitachi Vantara UK (Create/Modify credential, entry, policy...)• Automation: Scripting and automation with ability to create minor maintenance scripts • Monitoring: Following GroundWork Distributed Monitoring Agent system to monitoring Infrastructure (Windows server/ Backup server/ Antivirus…) system.
