Web-based applications development based on PHP, MySQL and jQuery from scratch organizing and executing all development phases as well as involving employees in analysis, testing and maintaining of the developed systems. Developments include different systems like: maintenance department task, production ideas and breakdown registering system; stock keeping; pallet-slip printing; electronic documentation; work-time registration; customer claim registration; project management; digital quality feedback; production monitoring; forklift order tracking and other systems.

Coordinating and keeping track of a 5 man Continuous Improvement Team in JELD-WEN Europe, all the local improvement activities of 15 factories in Finland, Sweden, Latvia, Denmark, UK and France, facilitating idea generation brainstorms for workers in the factories and introducing World Class Performance concept.

Responsibilities included maintaining of high level of IT service in 3 factories (1 in Estonia and 2 in Latvia) with approximately ~150 office and production PC-s, keeping track of budgets, organizing sub-supplier services, training, IT support.

Creating production drawings (AutoCAD) and other documentation, keeping information in production documentation up to date. Everyday end-user support with computer problems as well as generally managing high level of IT.
