My goal is to make sure that the quality of the product or service is at the highest level and this is the mentality I instill in my team. Due to my background in shipping, I have a high tolerance for stress and tend to work better in strenuous situations. I have strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others. My experience as a team lead has given me the possibility to improve my leadership skill, giving me the ability to see the bigger picture and to not only see issues from my side.
