My goal is to make sure that the quality of the product or service is at the highest level and this is the mentality I instill in my team. Due to my background in shipping, I have a high tolerance for stress and tend to work better in strenuous situations. I have strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others. My experience as a team lead has given me the possibility to improve my leadership skill, giving me the ability to see the bigger picture and to not only see issues from my side. Currently, I am taking part in reskilling workshops to develop skills as a QA engineer. I feel that my experience in the field of customer support and my technical thinking ability makes this a natural procession.
