Responsibilities• Manage the development and production of customer facing content including acquisition and customer communications.• Ensure all communications are aligned with the business’ KPIs, brand and compliance guidelines.• Create and maintain a social media calendar; research, create and schedule posts on social media platforms.• Oversee day-to-day relationships with external vendors and partners.• Lead and work cooperatively with a cross-functional team of internal stakeholders - copywriter, compliance, operations and product.• Function as a voice for the brand internally.• Collaborate and assist with other marketing/sales projects as requested.

Drive product marketing efforts including marketing strategy, core messaging, positioning, launches, content creation, enablement, communications and demand generation for the product offering and portfolio integrationsDefine real-world market segmentation models, and develop optimized messaging for specific markets and audiencesDevelop creative and diverse customer facing marketing collateral including infographics, blogs, videos, white papers, website content, case studies, training materials, and product presentations for both business and technical audiences.Develop creative strategies and assets for global demand generation, awareness and thought leadership campaignsDevelop high-value sales tools and drive sales and partner enablement.Support cross functional teams with both subject matter expertise and marketing acumenDrive social media/blog strategy to promote thought leadership and brand. Engage key market influencers through social media and other channels
