• Responsible for the design and implementation of an integrated forecasting and inventory system for Reckitt Benckiser’s Home and Care segment• Responsible for improving S&OP process of Hygiene category of RB.• Designed a demand forecasting tool using the Holt-Winters method to predict both monthly and yearly demand, excluding the effect of promotions• Addressed stock-out and overstock issues by improving demand forecasting and inventory management processes• Created an inventory management tool using a Mixed-Integer Programming (MIP) model in CPLEX to optimize order quantities, safety stock levels, and delivery schedules.

My role is to provide strategic advice to the board members and more than two hundred active members of the club with my experience and knowledge after 4 years at club.

I am one of the board member of the most active business and career student club in Turkey. The club has 11 projects and 5 committees. Also, METU Productivity Club has an executive board with 7 members, an administrative board with 32 members and more than two hundred active members .The club organizes several business activities for university students and manages some social responsibility projects.

I was a project leader of Bireysel Gelişim Günleri (BGG) which is interested in individual developments between April 2015 and April 2016.
