After graduating from the Faculty of Communication at Anadolu University, he relocated to Istanbul in 1990 and began working at Manajans Thompson. He served as the Media Director until 1999. He played a key role in the inception of Mindshare through the merger of the media departments of JWT and O&M. In the last quarter of 1999, he was transferred to the position of advertising group at Hürriyet. For 5 years, he held the positions of vice president of the advertising group and executive board member. He executed and managed projects such as the RED-KIRMIZI Media Awards in collaboration and DMG Ad.System and held memberships in WAN-IFRA, IAA, and RVD. He provided consultancy services for media groups, leading the reorganization of advertising, marketing, and sales groups to formulate overall marketing and sales strategies. In 2007, he founded A.M.A.C. and served as the country consultant for Ebiquity. In 2015, he established Commaid Executive Consulting, offering marketing investment management, brand, advertising, communication, and project advisor to local and international companies.Between 2013 and 2014, he transformed KasapDöner, a brand he consulted for, into a 37-branch chain both nationally and internationally. From 2015 to 2017, he oversaw the project, brand, and management of the Dinehall food company abroad. In 2022, he rebranded and restructured the professional solidarity organization Yük Mühendisliği Birliği (YMB) where he serves as the Executive Director.Between 1997 and 2016, he served as a faculty member at the Graphic Design Department of Marmara University's Faculty of Fine Arts, and from 2018 to 2019, he worked as a faculty member at Maltepe University's Faculty of Communication, teaching courses in communication, media, and advertising.Currently, as the founder of Commaid, he provides marketing investment management, brand, and communication consultancy services. He completed his postgraduate studies on 'Perception Management' at Istanbul University's Faculty of Communication and is pursuing a Ph.D. He has pioneered the repositioning and branding of a professional solidarity association in Turkey for the first time. He serves as a consultant and Executive Director of the Load Engineering Union (Yük Mühendisliği Birliği - YMB), which operates in the field of load engineering services. He engages in writing for journals, speaking at seminars, and offering top-level management consultancy. He is a member of Besiktas JC Council Board (Beşiktaş JK. Divan Kurulu) and the Turkish Brand Council (Marka Konseyi).
