1.Responsible for new plant project, organizational and management activities in China and new production plant in the respective designated area.2.Responsible for daily operations of the plant and overall coordination of plant activities，observing departments to make sure they are running smoothly and efficiently.3.Organize and direct with processing engineer、quality engineer 、safety expert and mould engineer to design and establish the standard operation document and controlling planning.4.Responsible for Maintaining a clean, safety, health plant, set safety, health and environmental goals to meet all audit and corporate requirements. Communicate with related department of local government efficiently. Workout the emergency scheme on safety and environment.5.Monitor and exercise the budgetary control over the plant as well as on the project basis.

Efficiently arrange resource to meet business requirement by comprehensive working-time policy.2.Optimize workflow to improve production efficiency and eliminate potential quality deficiency.
