• As Executive Director, incepted and directed non-profit organization serving persons with disabilities in vocational assessment, training and employment.• Direct supervision of all fiscal and programmatic disciplines.• Restructured existing organization into five separate and cohesive divisions – employment services, housing, new services, partnerships and entrepreneurial.• Promoted to CEO in 1997 with responsibility for all divisions.• Responsible for overall management of all division budgets, supervision of executive staff, ensuring organizational growth, strategic planning, and leading board of directors.• Closed all segregated services; doubled budget; and transitioned leadership team before retiring in 2008.

• Provided technical assistance and training to a number of for an array of state, county and vendor organizations serving persons with disabilities.• Provided extensive redirection and planning to ensure non-profit's survival.• Directed staff; worked with a large business-oriented board of directors; implemented new and revised strategic plans, personnel policies, operating manuals and retirement benefits; and facilitated capital improvement.• Restored status of organization, establishing reserves.• Developed and implemented new, state-of-the-art programs and services; hired a new executive director. • Served two years as Board Chair prior to resigning.
