- Support Network Development director on initial master planning of new retail network startup, preparation of relevant launch kit and policies- Developed a distinctive customer journey and created the retail environment from scratch: store design, prototyping, digital sales equipment and tools, based on the positioning of a new premium brand. The achieved facility image is highly acknowledged by shareholders, dealer partners & customers. - Completion of dealership ROI analysis and defined dealership type as well as facility format- Concept development and localization for domestic roll-out feasibility and convenience- Completed value engineering, overall cost estimation reduced by 40% before roll-outorganization.
