I was working as the Service Manager at one of the biggest HP Partners in Switzerland for Large Format Printing. I was responsible for the Warranty and service operations, HP technical support cases, spare part purchasing, logistic operations, employee trainings, international purchasing, event management, administrative level contact with HP, service contracts and KPI reports.

My responsibilities were planning the train schedule, writing KPI reports, communicating and meeting with the customers, finding third party customers, organizing the road transports, customs document handling, insurance claims and tracking, general administrative tasks, tracking the trains between Germany and Turkey traffic.

I was responsible for the sales of Vehicle Identification Systems for the company vehicle filos. Finding customers, arranging meetings, preparing the contracts, solving the problems in accounts between the banks and the customers were my responsibilities.

I made my internship based on my university degree. I worked in the TRT News Archive department. I was responsible for data tracking, information retrieval for the users, processing the raw news tapes, classifying and identifying the data, managing the tapes in the archive.

I worked in sales for air conditioning systems during my summer vacation while I was studying at university to gain experience. It was a temporary seasonal sales position. I learnt the technical features of the air conditioning systems and how to decide for the right product for the customer.
