• Responsible for oversight and accuracy of representation of all member rights under state and federal labor law, and collective bargaining agreements.• Operational management of all company functions including budget development and management, HR, payroll, member organization, and contract administration.• Strategic as well as succession planning for collective bargaining agreement agendas.• Development and implementation of marketing and organizing strategies for membership recruitment, lobbying for changes in the Washington Administrative Code, and member rights campaigns.• Development of education programs and training plans for company employees and membership, as well as general education for employers on labor practices, membership, and general labor law.• Negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, memorandums of understanding, company policy, job descriptions, performance plans, and individual settlements.• Chair of the Executive Board
