During my enriching internship within the STP Tribe at Euroclear, I played a role in refining the demand management processes, enhancing both the efficiency and responsiveness of the team. Our approach focused on enhancing patient autonomy and reducing caregiver stress, resonating with a broad audience.This experience was instrumental in deepening my understanding of the intersection between technology and user-centered design but also to collaborate with different discipline, preparing me for management roles.
