Set up of the Asian offices in Singapore and Hong Kong. Maltem is a consulting company with 500 employees and a turnover of 50M€, specialised in IT in the Banking sector and with offices in Paris, London, Brussels, Luxembourg, Singapore and Hong Kong. Maltem runs technology projects for banks and provide both consultancy and turnkey projects. I was appointed as the Head of Asia to start up our business in the region and build revenues and clients portfolio.Responsibilities:- Business development and sales strategy implementation for the region.- Client relationships, account management and partnership development.- Pre-sales, deals and contract negotiations.- Sales/admin/consultants hiring strategy, salary and packages negotiations.- Marketing, administration, accounting, finance, audit, legal and compliance with Singapore regulations.Key achievements:- Developed the office from 1 to 70 employees (10 sales; 60 consultants) and to a 9-million SGD turnover.- Raised the client base from 0 to 17 major international banks- Built relationship with C-Level Executives.- Opening and successful development of the Hong Kong office under the umbrella of Maltem Asia.- Developed client portfolio in China, Australia and Malaysia.- Built a Financial Software Practice dedicated to turnkey projects including project methodology, trainings, pre-sales team, tools – built a partnership with leading trading software company Murex.- Largest project: 5000 Man-days

Media Plus produces promotional country reports aimed at informing readers of the economic conditions, investment climate of different countries and highlight/promote business, trade and investment opportunities in all sectors of a nation’s economy.My role was to sell advertising to CEOs, Chairman of MNCs as well as government leaders through one to one meetings with ministers, prime ministers and leading businessmen in the Middle East and North Africa. Achieved up to 270K Euros per month in sales revenues.
