Collaboration for my master thesis project.The project was about the research and development of a process to automate grasp synthesis for object grasping with a robotic arm.The objectives were to decrease the time consumption and increase the accuracy when encountering a new object subject to grasp, compared to a regular manual configuration.The result was a process involving innovative processing of point clouds and mesh representations of 3D objects, and usage of ML on point clouds.Achievements include an automatic generation of multiple grasping poses for different 3D objects, the development of a scoring system to evaluate a gripper pose, and an advance in gripper selection using point clouds classification.

Worked on different projects involving the use of data science and AI to get new insight for the company and help the decision process

First year was active research in multidisciplinary teams on a subject give by the university, in our case Artificial Intelligence, ending by successfully winning the first place in our category. Second year was using our research to develop a pamphlet to help student to make smart carrier choices with the increasing influence of AI.
