-In chage of Sales for Sullair Compressor in Singapore. -Enage is sales of Donaldson Bulk Filtration solution.-Audits the accuracy of the information received on all incoming orders for rotary screw products. -Process orders, schedules ship dates and issues shop order number.- Provides technical information as needed. Sizes equipment based on customer’s needs and provides available information concerning options required or requested.- Promptly handles customer inquiries of all types. Answers routine product questions.-Works with Sullair to expedite orders when customer ask for improvement in the delivery schedule.- Responsible for competitive price quoting based on standard gross profit margins, discounting guidelines and competitive pressures on specific jobs.- Completes change requests to orders that have been processed ad scheduled for production or shipment.- Verifies confirming orders against as-taken orders. Should discrepancies be found, contacts distributors and determines source of error and corrective action required.- Produces special reports and analysis as requested.- Accepts and completes any special projects and assignments that are not principal duties of this position but are in line with the goals and objectives of this department and Division.-Coordinate and liaise with factory/contractor on application and installation issues-Provide feedback on market needs/trends and recommend suitable programmes-Attend technical clarification meetings with customers and consultants-Customized Compressor to Class 1 Div 2 Standard-Customized Compressor to Zone 2 Standard-Work Hand in Hand with Pyroban to establish Zone 2 compressor-Customzied Parker Dryer to Class 1 Div 2 or Zone 2 Standard

* Gathering market information on customer’s activities, projects and sales forecasts.* Identifying product and technology trends and providing competitive information to product marketing.* Participate in technical and commercial clarification meetings with customers* Establish and maintain high level of customer intimacy.* Working closely with the team on special pricing, timely and accurate forecast for the customers.* Obtain knowledge on products and SEA markets such that we can match company solutions to customers’ needs.* Prepare Sales activities report (monthly/weekly)* Set and maintain customer profile.
