I decided to venture into the hospitality industry, where I rapidly moved from a restaurant server up the chain to manager of one of our company's 22 locations, and was then promoted to our company's home office, in less than three years. Along the way I gained and honed skills for managing people and operations, reading and writing budgets, understanding P&L and achieving profitability goals, working with large and diverse teams, inventory planning, ordering and management, profitable thinking, and commercial awareness. This also helped me to further develop my verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal communication, leadership skills and conflict management.This paved the way for me to venture into gaming and streaming in my free time. While developing my own streaming persona and brand, I joined and I worked as part of a content creation team as COO to develop their stream team, secure strategic partnerships, curate engaging social media content, and manage a small team to ensure smooth operations.I started working with G FUEL Energy, a sizable and fast-growing specialty energy beverage company, as a partnership manager, working directly with creators of all kinds, and simultaneously as a marketing coordinator, helping oversee successful product launches. I grew within the company substantially and currently oversee a team of 15 people with day-to-day operations of talent management.I now work at Nani Talent representing women inside gaming and content creation as a talent manager.
