In my role as a Technical Specialist, I help our clients revitalize government services by leveraging advances in data management, and artificial intelligence. Collaborating with federal agencies by using government specific and cross industry use cases, I bring innovative and thoughtful strategies to ensure they fulfill their missions to US citizens. -Customer Service: We have helped the Maricopa County Superior Court’s office create a virtual assistant which integrated AI into workflows, ensuring employees could respond to time sensitive requests easily, improving public services to citizens.-App Modernization: We have helped NASA to create a new AI foundation model for weather and climate to address climate change.-Cyber Security: We have helped the City of Los Angeles help local businesses and citizens fight cybercrime with threat intelligence tools.What I love about my role is chance to contribute ideas and solutions that make a difference in the lives of Americans. The opportunity to collaborate and innovate with technologies old and new is something that gets my creative juices flowing. We are experiencing new challenges in 2024 that require a truly creative and collaborative mindset and I enjoy thinking outside of the box with a consultative mindset to deliver excellence as a trusted partner. I’ve had the privilege to work on multiple projects and transformations that have led to improved outcomes for citizens, and government workers. This is what wakes me up in the morning.Outside of IBM, I really enjoy all sorts of active hobbies and past times.
