• Able to work closely with project managers to handle different brands for the 6 countries in Central America such as Dove, TRESemmé, Pond's, Lux, Sedal, AXE, Rexona, Rinso, Xedex, Xtra, Surf, Unox to create the vision, conceive designs, and consistently meet deadlines and requirements. • Supervise the assessment of all graphic materials in order to ensure the quality and accuracy in the design having them prepared to be printed in different surfaces and print methods and formats (digital, offset, etc.). • Usually received a Key visual to develop the artworks for the whole advertising campaign for each country (magazines, newspapers, outdoors, indoors, invitations, booklets, displays, posters, packaging, POP, etc.)• Coordinate freelance designers, consultants, and vendors to meet all project requirements.

• Able to work with many kinds of clients in a wide variety of fields. • Successfully manage and coordinate graphic design projects from concept through completion and consistently meet deadlines and requirements. • Effectively build, motivate, and direct designers and production teams. Able to delegate tasks to 5 members of the designing team. The art direction in photo shoots and edit images as needed using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. • Coordinate with consultants and vendors to meet all project requirements. Expertly convert features to benefits to achieve client objectives. • Able to work with multiple clients and projects at the same time, prioritizing deadlines and tasks. Manage all operational, strategic, financial, quote/bid, staffing, administrative functions, and accounting when needed as well.• Established trusting relationships with work team, vendors, and clients.

• Able to be in charge of 3 to 4 assigned projects needed to be managed at the same time. • Effectively worked with images, text, color, typo, and preparing files to be printed in a variety of formats and methods, digital and/or offset.
