Attend to main Denim fairs - Kingpins in Amsterdam and Denim Premier Vision in Barcellona - for articles selection and discover new trends.- Monitor fabric shipments and delivery status, contact person for any fabric issue and delay problem.- Set up new fabric codes and technical data in RMN database and in Quest PDM, in order to maintain all info shared with Product Developers.- Fabric inventory responsible, every end of season check and report all fabric leftover split by garment maker and all pending orders on supplier’s warehouse. Fabric product class seasonal update, SMU and Outlet production organized in collaboration with Merchandising team in order to dispose of fabric leftover.Material transfer handling based on production demand.- Achieved goals: fabric inventory decreased of 48% in 1 year

Product planning and buying responsible, analyze forecast and place orders to garment makers according to 7FAM seasonal plan.Daily collaboration with all garment makers in order to buy right quantities and have ship dates in line with production plan. Create Purchase Orders against sales forecast, current inventory levels, open PO and production constraints.Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to highlight trends, opportunities and performance relative to product line; analyze style colors to maximize line list efficiency.
