I head up the Exercise Medicine division for Amaven, an online platform that measures and tracks people’s physical wellbeing and provides impact and solutions for many different demographics.Amaven Exercise Medicine looks at prevention and recovery through exercise, providing a tool for clinicians, care staff and exercise specialists who work with people with long-term health conditions and over 65 year olds.

I worked between Scotland and the West Midlands up-scaling the skills of community arts workshop facilitators as well as facilitating community arts and outdoor education workshops myself. Organisations I work for include National Theatre Scotland and Fairbridge.

I worked with a team of arts workers teaching digital music and fashion/costume design to young disaffected teenagers in various schools based in the Glasgow area. This was a very innovative project which had a huge impact on the young people involved in it.On promotion to Arts Development Manager I oversaw the youth outreach project for Cumbernauld Theatre, leading a team of Arts Workers.
