Goal: provide greenhouse gas management solutions, as part of a “Cap and Trade” program, where emissions resulting in carbon credits are sold in the open market; projects to reduce emission in exchange for carbon credits (not mandated in BC)Authored and delivered the comprehensive GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) compliant report, implemented Green Teams and Education programs for staff, and developed cost-savings and emissions reductions opportunities for Ledcor.The GRI compliant report grew from a non-public limited run report, to a fully published accessible report on Ledcor.com. Responsible for delivering a report that could withstand “limited assurance” (verification system to confirm authenticity of information) by Deloitte.
