After writing thousands of on-demand custom poems on my typewriter(s) for guests at events, I transitioned into a management position that I've joyfully made my own. In my sales role, I bring poetic entertainment and meaningful connections to events throughout the region. In my nationwide logistics role, I am the liaison between luxury event planners and poets/performers, making sure each fête, conference, brand activation, or custom commission goes off without a hitch. And as the coordinator of 80+ poets and other artists nationwide and worldwide, I provide a compassionate ear in order to address issues, needs, and aspirations.You can occasionally still find me with my typewriter at events, rapt in conversation and dressed to the elevens as I channel people's whims and deepest feelings into verse on a 3.5 x 5" card.

Over the years, I have collaborated on a smorgasbord (or should I say more-gasbord?) of diverse and interesting projects, including website content, newsletters, podcast scripts, articles, curriculum, quirky yet thorough study guides, an annual report for a major company, and much more. I feel most inspired when writing towards passion and purpose, whether that means articulating goals for a squeaky-new startup or reaching out to an established community with information and asks.

I help high-school students improve their academic writing skills, specializing in English and literary analysis and extending to written work across the humanities. I guide rising high-school seniors through the college essay process, teaching narrative-building, how to project a distinctive voice, and how to clearly, authentically express personal interests and goals. In addition, I proofread their Common Apps with an eagle eye. I enjoy helping kids get into their dream schools and take the first steps into their adult lives. Building relationships with students and coworkers through creative/intellectual exchanges is a highlight of this experience.

I satisfied my deep love of emotional connection and performance by working as a professional film and television actress. Favorite projects included playing kooky bespectacled officemate Annabelle in the indie rom-com feature The Hating Game and a small but memorable role as a struggling artist/knitter on The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.

I was the first-ever hire and a longtime writer/performer for this creative company providing custom on-demand typewriter poetry at events. Highlights included the Planned Parenthood Centennial Gala in NYC and a Fashion Week event for Chloé at the Odéon Theatre in Paris.
