'Mad clicker and bug finder’ is how I like to label myself. As funny as it can be, this is a bold description of my professional experience and my approach to the job: enthusiastic and impatient (which, obviously, leads to the mad clicking) and precise with a talent in (annoyingly) highlighting tiny inaccuracies.I have a strong experience in Digital Marketing and Communications in the Publishing Industry and I have always worked being a link between the Management and the Technical/Developers, thus having a privileged view behind the scenes of the digital projects I managed and also acquiring some basic knowledge of SQL, Python and Databases, not to mention specific soft skills in ’translating’ goals and needs in a sensible schedule. Diving into datas and re-emerge with a better knowledge has always been a crucial part of the job: having an academic background in Economics, I value and trust Data Analysis methodologies and I have recently moved my interest toward fields in which I can develop and apply this knowledge, adding to my profile an experience in Planning and Control and process optimization. I love working in team because there is no better thing than sharing the success with people and professionals you trust.

After 10 proficuous years in EDT in which I built and then managed the brand new Digital Area, I moved my interests towards business analysis, data and process optimization becoming Controller for Biblo, EDT's holding company.

The Digital Area was created to develop and market the EDT digital products (ebooks, wireless applications) and to grow and manage the online revenues of EDT's brands: Lonely Planet and Marco Polo guidebooks, Giralangolo childrens'books. Managing a team of Content Editors, Web Developers and Social Marketing Specialist, in coordination with EDT’s international’s partners, I curated the B2C and B2B business strategy that led to a significant growth of the Digital revenues for EDT. Between the main goals of the Digital Area: launching the websites and constantly delivering new features, new projects and products for B2B clients; developing new conversations with the customer base and measuring the performance.
