Established the first employment center of it's kind in Nuvavik. Ivirtivik Center is an employment program for Inuit clientel. - Promoting the center inside the community- Implementing performance indicators to insure another mandate (2016)- Insuring follow-up on behalf the employer and employee- Team support and problem solving- Reaching out to the community and organisations to be aware of our existence and services.- Creating partnerships in different sectors: construction, mines, school, clinics...- Coordinate reunions and maintaining business relations- Hiring process, doing interviews, job posting- Dealing intern problems and clients satisfaction - Reporting to my superior about the progress, the development and the issues of the center- Writing reports and declaring expenses- Organizing activies

- Providing one on one counselling to obtain employment background and personal information- Establishing the needs and the goals of each participant- Identifying barriers to employment- Assisting clients to develop job readiness skills and job search strategies - Creating and animating Job Search workshops, essential skills workshops - Provide work placement assistance (volunteering, on job training, full time & part time work experience)- Support clients as they progress through their search- Maintaining file cases and notes about clients progress- Follow-up with clients during the program and after to ensure their stability at work- Refering the client to the right service (rehabilitation center, social worker, school)

- Reaching new clients, contact customers- Helping customers manage their funds; - Answering questions regarding the bank’s products and services; - Troubleshoot problems related to customer finances and management; research and solve issues - Sales & reaching objective- Responsible of ordering money and change- Processing payments, exhange money- charge of opening safety box- Training new Bank Customer Service Representatives
