About Tania Diggory - Founder Of Calmer

I'm an entrepreneur, writer, producer and burnout prevention speaker. I'm the Founder and Director of Calmer, a global award-winning training organisation based in the UK empowering entrepreneurs, freelancers and business teams to prevent burnout and nurture good mental health and wellbeing. I've run three different businesses before the age of 30 and am passionate about raising awareness about the importance of balancing mental wellbeing with business success. I have produced and directed a series of events and short films for national campaigns, centerd around the themes of dance for wellbeing, and burnout prevention. The Reignite Project, our burnout prevention film and 10-week free ecourse, won Mental Health Campaign of the Year at the 2019 This Can Happen Awards.As a writer, I've written a board range of articles for reputable publications such as The Guardian, Psychologies Magazine and Medical News Today. I'm also a screenwriter, currently working on my first 6-part TV Drama/Comedy series, and am an author of two non-fiction books, This Is Calmer: Inspiration, support and encouragement for the entrepreneurial mind, and Working From Home: The Complete Calmer Guide To Remote Working.Through my entrepreneurial work, I am deeply passionate about raising awareness of important stories that are underrepresented, and alongside the delivery of Calmer's projects and events, I am seeking representation/commission for my TV project.
