Working since 2015 at Groupe Meloche where I started as a logistics agent, I had the chance to meet and provide excellent customer service to several major clients such as Bombardier, MHI, PWC/PWA and Airbus.In 2018, I did a replacement for a sick leave, as production planner for several months. This allowed me to have a better understanding of the challenges encountered daily in production and planning.Subsequently, in 2021, I held the position of Interim Program Director for Aerostructure (maternity leave replacement). I deepened my knowledge in strategic planning, budget management, team management and contract negotiation.At the end of my term as interim director, my employer offered me the chance to deepen my knowledge by promoting me to the title of Integrated Planning Coordinator.
