I managed the design research practice at Corgan and the integration of innovation practices across the firm. My day-to-day looked a bit like this: - Identify research topics that examine emerging industries and changing user behaviors- Oversee mixed method research studies from concept to completion across multidisciplinary teams - Develop thought leadership content that is evidence-based and human-centered

As a design researcher within Hugo (Corgan's Research and Innovation department) I conducted the following:• Identified emerging topics for research investigation and developed their proposals• Prepared and conducted user research • Supported other sectors across various industries (aviation, commercial, data centers, education, healthcare, and interiors) with research and investigation• Forecasted how the built environment can evolve with emerging technologies

• Evaluate the facilitation of innovative research methods during a start up phase to establish the Clinical Center of Innovation for Age Related Macular Degeneration• Prepare final report for journal publication and the securing of next round of funding

• Collaborated closely with senior leadership on strategic planning for the organization’s various initiatives• Research and develop 30 museum exhibit concepts for the foundation's museum initiative • Conduct on-site research in order to evaluate effectiveness of community programs

• Expanded the school gardens program from four to seven sites through strategic fundraising• Managed the professional development and curriculum training of school garden volunteers • Conduct on-site research to measure effectiveness of program • Increased community partnership network by 50%
