Regional Engagement Manager
CurrentI proactively develop strategic stakeholder relationships in high growth, 'just transitions' and regions with significant Transpower work. A focus on regional New Zealand will result in key insights that are used to facilitate the integration of Transpower's objectives and work with stakeholder's objectives and work, optimising where appropriate to meet both regional and Transpower needs.Key business growth outcomes:- Lead the business in identification and management of key regional stakeholders.- Ensure that stakeholders are recognised as partners in the development and delivery of Transpower's strategic objectives.- Lead, develop and deliver stakeholder engagement strategies and regional development plans.- Analyse regional economics and drivers to determine which regions require an engagement focus.- Provide regional insight on economic, environmental, social and cultural issues.- Optimise Transpower's significant projects to deliver across multiple stakeholder needs.- Lead and collaborate with key stakeholders on strategic initiatives with significant regional requirements.- Financial management of OPEX & CAPEX budgets, forecasting and all business planning activities.
