Founder of IMAGURU, pan-european startup hub, I have led initiatives aimed at revolutionizing the local entrepreneurial landscape first in Belarus, and currently in several European countries. Despite facing closure by the regime in Belarus, IMAGURU remains a beacon of innovation, connecting young talent with a global network of mentors and investors.With a unique background spanning international relations, diplomatic experience, entrepreneurship and investment, I bring a wealth of experience to the table. I began my professional journey in the field of international relations at the Foreign Ministry. Over eight years, I played a pivotal role in the International Finance Corporation's investment and advisory activities in Belarus. I then made a personal pivot and started developing VC and startup ecosystem in the country, which enjoyed a number of successful global exits. My efforts have been recognized internationally, with invitations to speak at prestigious institutions and conferences such as Stanford University's European Entrepreneurship Innovation Program, IE Business School, WEB summit, GEW and participate in high-profile international leadership programs.In addition to my entrepreneurial endeavors, I am actively involved in the democratic Belarus movement. First as a member and head of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Belarusian Coordination Council, and then as an activist and influencer, I've been dedicated to promoting societal change and advocating for democracy. Leveraging my experience and influence to support social activism and change, my team and I are building solidarity hubs to foster cross sectoral collaboration around democratic values and helping communities in exile including displaced founders.
