• Ensuring operational service delivery in line with the Service Level Agreement • Lead a team of Resourcing Consultants and Resource Officers (9 in total) to ensure that the MSP solution is delivered • Drives the Recruitment and resourcing process thoroughly with the team to ensure quick turnaround times on time to fill and time to hire• Prepares monthly management/weekly reports and ensure that required improvement areas are identified • Relationship Management with the client• Establishes and builds a relationship with client, suppliers, and other stakeholders• Ensure standard operating procedures are complied with according to SLA• Assist in Identifying potential opportunities to drive service and efficiency improvements• Ensure compliance with legislation, Company guidelines and agreed client requirements• Drives client processes and procedures as per agreed policies• Drives VMS use and ensures effective management of all processes are done correctly on VMS• Thorough understanding of the VMS tool
